I have recently noticed quite how often Tony Blar dodges questions, often by starting his response not by answering but by making a (sometimes ad hominem) statement, beginning “What I can say”.
Google is able to give us some examples with a search on Hansard.

Qunu

Qunu is a very Web 2.0 tool for getting you help, or allowing you to help someone. You add the areas you know about as tags and then people can search and find you. Unfortunately like all to many current services it requires Javascript to use the website.

Man battles Moose with Slipper

I love this article, which reminds me a lot of Monty Python.

A Norwegian who thought he’d be spending a quiet weekend at his cabin near Kongsvinger ended up battling an angry moose with the first weapon that came to mind – his slipper.
